24 Hour Care
As a full-service provider, we offer a range of support for as few as 2 hours a day, and up to 24 hours.
Primary services may include but are not limited to:
Basic Support Services

Meal preparation or assistance with eating

Light housekeeping related to the patient’s care (e.g., cleaning up after meals)
Supervision and safety monitoring
Assistance with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs):

Simple cognitive activities (e.g., games, reminiscence)
Dementia-Specific Support

Use of person-centered dementia care techniques

Maintaining routines to help reduce confusion

Behavioral observations, including monitoring for agitation, confusion, or mood changes
